Russell Hylton, founding pastor |

Pastor Russ is the only pastor Crossroads has ever had. He and his family moved to Newark in 1994 to start the church. He had pastored one church for 18 years prior to this. He is originally from Baltimore, MD, graduating from Patapsco High School. From high school he went to Faith School of Theology in Maine, graduating from Mt. Vernon Bible College. He is ordained with the Assemblies of God. Married for 33 years to the love of his life, the former Marilyn Parmenter. They have 5 children, Garrett & Madigan, Courtney, and then there is Drakkar and Abhu.
